I've never been annoying in theaters! I've been rude, (on accident) but not annoying. I'm not a prick, I'm a person, even if I have slight spinal cord damage, lung damage, joint damage, and psychological damage!

In that situation(which is made up), would that be considered an accident?!

No, that guys intentions are clear, comprosing any chance of that event being an accident. If I say something that someone shouldn't have heard, and they hear it and take it seriously, that's an accident, which is NOT my fault.

First of all, dear Kevin 11, that was my fault. Her hearing it was my fault. Her following what I just said was my fault. Her taking my joking words to heart? NOT my fault. I had no idea that:
1. She'd actually hear me 
2. She'd take it seriously 
3. I'd feel like a jackass afterwards 
But she did get up RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME when we're about to watch the bonus scene of Iron Man and stand there for two minutes while her kid dances around the chair. The situation was therefore her fault.
If a car crashes into me and the guy comes out and flips me the bird (and I'm not talking about an eagle here) and then I kick his ass, you could say that it's my fault for being "in the way" of his car and injuring him. Or you could look at it a different way and say, well that guy was out of control, that guy kicking his ass was a natural human response.
I rest my case. |
